1. Virtual Items

All items, ranks, kits, keys, and perks sold on this store are virtual digital goods for use exclusively on the [ELLESSMP] Minecraft server.
These items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

2. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Changing your mind after purchase

  • Being banned or punished on the server

  • Server resets, wipes, or balance changes

  • Loss of items due to bugs, exploits, or player actions

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances.

3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Any chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal made through PayPal, Stripe, or your payment provider will result in:

  • Permanent ban from the server

  • Blacklist from future purchases

We reserve the right to take action to recover losses caused by fraudulent chargebacks.

4. Server Rules

Purchases do not exempt players from server rules.

All players, regardless of donor status, must follow the [SERVER NAME] Rules.
Breaking rules may result in punishment without compensation or refund.

5. Item Changes & Balancing

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, rebalance, or remove items, kits, perks, or features

  • Adjust cooldowns, abilities, or rewards

This ensures fair gameplay and server stability.
No refunds will be given due to balance changes.

6. Availability & Downtime

We do not guarantee uninterrupted server access.
Downtime, maintenance, or technical issues do not entitle buyers to refunds.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Using the correct Minecraft username when purchasing

  • Keeping your account secure

We are not responsible for purchases made on the wrong account.
